Remembering our Loved ones who have passed to the Summerlands

Our Sister Fern (Sue)

left us on Friday

27th November 2009

aged 52

From the moment Fern and I met we clicked and from then on became more than friends, more as sisters and I loved her very much.

She enriched my life immensely but at the same time could be very trying.

She taught me so much too, as we shared many special moments together.

Laughed a lot and possibly cried just as much.

She and Bob helped me a lot in the early days of the Crystal Cauldron where Fern (Her magicakal name) became a Tutor and an Elder and much loved by all .

Fern didn’t suffer fools gladly.

She took no prisoners.

MoonDaisy was an inspiraation to living and a great fighter and councillor

she bacame a very close and well loved friend

We will miss them both - forever,

We will love them both - always,

We will forget neither of them - ever

Life and death are one, as the river and the sea are one.

For what is it to die but to stand naked in the wind

And to melt in the sun

What is it to cease breathing, but to free the breath from its restless tides

That it may rise, and expand, and seek its Goddess/Gods unencumbered?

Only when you drink from the river of silence

Shall you indeed sing.

And when you have reached the mountaintop,

Then shall you begin to climb.

And when the Earth has claimed your limbs,

Then shall you truly dance

From you so much love was spread

Everywhere you seemed to tread.

We'd like to think where ever you roam

In the new world you'll call it your home,

There'll be no more pain, no more ills,

No more of this life's bitter pills.

Forgive us if we're sad today ,

For you were loved and have gone away
