We accept payment from all the major credit/debit cards via Papal over a secure server.
If you are resident in the UK and would like to pay by cheque or PO, send your payment payable to Sandra J Davies along with your order, delivery address and email address to:

We will notify you via email when we receive your payment and dispatch the goods to you when your payment has cleared the banking system (usually 4 days).
POSTAGE and PACKING
.Goods are sent using Royal Mail First Class if you are in the UK, and always by Recorded Delivery, so proof of posting/receipt would be available.
For overseas customers we use Royal Mail Airmail service and postage costs will vary, please email me for the shipping cost prior to ordering. The expected delivery times for these services are:
Royal Mail First Class(UK) 2-3 days
Airmail (EU) 3-4 days
Airmail (USA) 5-7 days
If you require an alternative delivery option please contact us via email.
I/Spirits of the Forest will not be held responsible for a replacement or refund for items lost or damaged in the post.
It is the responsibility of the Buyer to make a claim..
Delivery Times
I do endeavour to ship items as soon as possible, I post items out every day and as soon as payment has cleared in my account. Usually within hours/a day, however sometimes there is an unavoidable delay which is beyond my control , so please therefore allow 21/28 days for delivery before regarding the item as lost in the mail.
RETURNS
Every effort is made to ensure the goods that you receive are of the highest quality and arrive safely and securely.
In the event that goods are found to be of defective workmanship, you may return them to us and we will either replace the item at no extra cost, or refund the cost of the goods less the postage and packing cost.
CANCELLATION
You have the right under the terms of the Distance Selling Act 1998 to a 7 day cooling off period. You may cancel your purchase any time within this 7 days. If the goods have already been dispatched to you, you must return them to us immediately. You will receive a full refund less postage cost. Please email us if you intend to cancel and return goods. We will confirm the refund of your monies by email.
PRIVACY POLICY
Information collected from you by Spirits of the Forest is purely for the purposes of fulfilling your order and providing you with the best possible service.
We will never knowingly or willingly pass this information onto any third party.
